ECM Country Cooking

East Central MA – Lobster hash for breakfast. Chef’s Kitchen and Chef Jonathan Cartwright, from the White Barn Inn in Kennebunk Beach Maine gives ECM Country Cooking the recipe.

Also from the Chef’s Kitchen, Pastry Chef Traci Anello, from Anello's Pastries in Maine, makes Chicken Pot Pie.

Chef Michael Ballon from Castle Street Cafe in Great Barrington, Massachusetts uses local mushrooms and lamb for a meal.

RV Cooking Show cooks fish chowder.

White House Tweets About Africa

Washington, DC --  East Central Massachusetts citizens who follow President Obama on Twitter notice constant one line admonitions coming from Ghana this morning.

President Barack Obama has African heritage, specifically Kenyan ancestry.  Apparently our Chief Executive plans only to visit Ghana on his first trip to Africa as Leader of the Free World.
