Citizenship in ECM Country’s Largest City

Worcester, MA -  A catholic school teacher in the Bay State’s second largest city feels women down on their luck need a helping hand.  Ann Rafferty becomes New England Cable News Champion in Action.  Rafferty founded Abby’s House more than 30-years ago at 23 Crown Street.
